The 5th edition of the International School on Plasmonics and Nano-Optics will take place this year at the Galileo Galilei Institute in Arcetri (Florence) from March 23 to 27, 2026.
The school is aimed at PhD students and postdoctoral researchers whose work focuses on the multidisciplinary field of photonics and light–matter interactions at the nanoscale. Participants will have the opportunity to attend lectures and seminars delivered by renowned scientists from the international plasmonics and nano-optics community, in an informal and interactive setting.
The event is organized and promoted by the PLASMONICA Working Group of the Italian Society of Optics and Photonics (SIOF), which is part of the European Optical Society (EOS).
